Jury Feedback
Art in the High Desert is one of the very few shows in the country that offers detailed feedback from the jury room for artists. This service has been a favorite according to many past artists who have requested it---the eighty-six requests 1n 2011, was nearly double that of any of the previous three years!

Art Home Hosting
This program was inaugurated in 2011 with much success both for artists and hosts. We are excited to continue this service in 2012 with a growing number of hosts.

Art in the High Desert Earns Bend’s Cultural Award

  

Art in the High Desert is a winner of the Bend Arts, Beautification, and Cultural Award for 2009. This award is presented to businesses and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the celebration, promotion, and preservation of the City’s arts, culture and natural environment and public spaces.

“On behalf of he Festival Board, the artists, our sponsors and the hard working volunteers, we thank the City of Bend for this honor,” said Carla Fox, director of the Festival. “This is a strong indication that Art in the High Desert has attained its goal of being a positive contributor to Central Oregon’s vibrant art and cultural community
