Where:
Art in the High Desert is on the banks of the Deschutes River, in the The Old Mill District. Bend, Oregon. Festival Site. Bend sits just east of Oregon’s Cascade is a neighbor to the Deschutes, Metolius, and Crooked Rivers. Numerous lakes, streams, mountains, and golf courses, provide an outdoor recreation haven for visitors and residents of Central Oregon.
The upscale shopping center of Shops at the Old Mill and the city of Bend, are a natural attraction for the visitors to the areas premier destination resorts. It is an area of natural beauty, boundless recreational opportunities, as well as cultural opportunities and urban amenities.

Why:
