This is the show for art lovers and buyers. AHD takes selecting our artists very seriously. You will find the top artists at AHD…no “seconds” here. We ask our artists to go above and beyond the usual, Come! See! Buy! what they have created! Your home will thank you for this, for years to come. Your friends they’ll be jeal… well, just bring 'em back to see for themselves.

Bend Art Show Nationally Ranked
BEND, Oregon (December 26, 2012) – Nationally recognized for many reasons, Bend can add another feather to its cap. Art in the High Desert has ranked in the TOP 25 Events Nationwide for Sales of Fine Art in 2012. Greg Lawler’s Fine Art Fair SourceBook has ranked Central Oregon’s Premier Juried Art & Craft Show as the 14th best fine art show in sales in the nation. Art in the High Desert takes place the last weekend each August in Bend’s Old Mill District.
“We’re #14 in a list of 600 shows the Art Fair SourceBook ranks,“ says festival Director Carla Fox. “The Art Fair SourceBook is the consumer reports of art shows, aimed at artists. Art Bucks!
Want some money to start your Art buying at this year’s show? Art in the High Desert is awarding $2000 in Art Bucks; $100 each to 20 lucky buyers; 10 winners Friday and 10 winners Saturday.
Come to the show, fill-out the entry form (handed out by volunteers and at the Information Booth.) Drawings Friday and Saturday at 5pm. You do not need to be present to win. We will notify you.
